• Every bonus carries its own Wagering Requirement, and the bonus cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.
• Each offer may be used only once per person, household address, device, or payment account.
• If KingWin finds evidence of bonus abuse, it may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• All bonus offers have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• KingWin reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5 Betting & Gaming Regulations

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming on KingWin. More detailed rules for each specific game can be found on that game's page:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• No bets will be accepted after the result of an event has been announced.
• KingWin reserves the right to adjust odds in Sports Betting. However, odds on bets that have already been confirmed will not be changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, KingWin reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.
• Any involvement in match fixing or fraud of any kind will result in permanent account closure.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KingWin. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with false information or concealing your identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or placing bets solely to exploit bonuses.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

KingWin may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or failing to complete identity verification.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• When a user requests self-exclusion.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

8 Limitation of Liability

KingWin is not liable for the following:
